Payment Terms & Conditions and Refunds
Introduction These payment terms and conditions govern the payment and use of the services provided by Alexandra Behavior Advocacy LLC ("the Company") to the client ("you" or "the Client"). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Payment and Refunds 2.1 All payments for direct services are non-refundable, except as outlined in clause 2.3. 2.2 Sessions are set to start at the time allotted and agreed upon by you. If you are late to a session, the missed time will not be added to the end time or made up in a future session. 2.3 If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided via email. Failure to do so may result in lost payment. 2.4 The Company understands that last-minute cancellations can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, you are allowed up to 2 last-minute cancellations, where the payment can be applied towards a future session. 2.5 To apply a payment towards a future session after a last-minute cancellation, please email us at alexandrabehavioradvocacy@gmail.com. 2.6 After 2 last-minute cancellations, payments will no longer be refunded or applied to a future session. 2.7 No-show appointments are non-refundable, as we provide email and text reminders in advance.
Services 3.1 The Company will provide services as agreed upon between you and us. 3.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service without notice or liability. 3.3 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that services are provided accurately and efficiently.
